Just as in a Wake (vigil), we celebrate life while honoring death’s inevitable and sacred role in the cycle of existence.

We, the Vision Holders, Council, Supporters, Creators, Family, and Allies of Wake Earth, hereby declare the birth of a living, sovereign community — a decentralized state aligned with the cycles of nature, the wisdom of the heart, and the infinite creativity of the human spirit.

• Decentralized Governance:
• Wake Earth operates through a holacratic structure modeled on the natural torus field, where influence flows outward from the Vision Holders through the Wake Council, Support Team, Creators Network, Family, and Allies.
• Invitation and Integrity:
• Wake Earth grows by organic invitation only. Members are invited based on alignment with our core values, not algorithms or commercial marketing.
• Economic Ecosystem:
• We envision and cultivate an internal economy based on our own token system, circulating value within the community while co-existing respectfully with the external world. Our economy serves soul-aligned creation, not speculation.

• The hands and connective tissue. Administrators, creatives, managers, and specialists who hold the day-to-day flow with skill and heart.
• 3. The Creators Network:
• The active life-force. Vision-aligned creators bringing projects into being, co-creating with the organism while honoring the source of nourishment.
• 4. The Wake Family:
• The foundation and soul. Community members, volunteers, and contributors who engage, propose, learn, and help Wake Earth grow.
• 5. The Outer Field:
• Our invitation to the world. Participants, partners, sponsors, and sister organizations who resonate with our mission and become part of our living field.
